이번 포스팅에서는 최근 방문한 분당의 한 브런치 카페에 대한 따뜻한 리뷰를 남겨볼까 합니다.

카페드로잉 정자점에 다녀왔습니다.

밖에 테라스도 있어서 분위기 좋았어요 🙂 바닥에 낙엽이 있어서 분위기가 더 좋았어요^^
들어가려고 하는데 문을 보니 국내 최초 레스토랑 평가인 블루리본 설문조사 스티커도 붙어 있었습니다.

매장에 들어서자 커다란 블링블링 트리가 반겨주었습니다.
연말에 이렇게 밝은 것을 보니 신이 났나봐요. .
천장에 매달려 있는 거대한 샹들리에가 눈길을 끌었어요!

생각보다 매장 규모가 크고, 웅장함이 느껴지는 분위기가 인상적이었습니다>
뭔가 여유롭고 아늑하면서도 매력적인 느낌이 있어요~ ㅎㅎ 가게 이름처럼 예술적인 느낌까지 나더라구요^^ 샹들리에 뿐만 아니라 여기저기 배치된 조명도 스타일리쉬했어요 ㅎㅎ 메뉴는 이거예요 ~ 다양한 신메뉴도 소개되었어요^^ 커피/음료/차, 디저트/올데이 브런치 메뉴, 칵테일/맥주/안주, 샴페인/와인~메뉴 규모가 장난 아니네요 ㅎㅎ 케이크들은 진열장에 진열되어 있어서 직접 눈으로 보고 고르실 수 있어요 *_* 유기농 홈메이드 케이크라고 해서 다 먹어보고 싶어질 것 같은 느낌 ㅠㅠ!

우리 둘이서 이걸 주문했어요. . 분당 브런치카페의 음식 비주얼이 장난 아니더군요. 마치 오븐에서 갓 나온 것 같았습니다.

식기가 이렇게 고급스럽게 차려져 나에게 왔다.
. 자, 먼저 음료부터 먹어볼까요 🙂 먼저 녹덕이는 말차 아이스라떼를 주문했어요. (녹덕=바로나입니다) 흠, 마셔보니 적당히 달달하고 진하고 고급스러운 말차였어요. 과일의 풍미가 느껴져서 맛있었어요>< Looking at the bottom, it was full of matcha syrup. It looks like the owner of the cafe drawing doesn't skimp on ingredients^^ The next drink I'm going to introduce is the lime mojito cocktail. haha It's filled with lime slices, so it's visually very refreshing. >< When I drank it, it was completely refreshing and the refreshing dalka was very attractive. First is the Honey Camembert Cheese Panini. It was served in a large bowl in abundance and was very impressive haha. It also came with a salad^^ When I tasted the salad first, I liked the tomatoes because they were really sweet 🙂 The vegetables were also fresh~ The balsamic dressing was subtly sweet and salty and delicious. ㅠㅠ!

I also really enjoyed the panini. The panini was topped with so many almond slices that it looked so appetizing^^ They say the panini bread was made with handmade ciabatta. The ciabatta must have been baked in a waffle iron, so the waffle shape was clearly imprinted and it was so cute*_* The cheese sticking out was very appetizing haha. When I lifted it up, the cheese stretched out endlessly. ㅠㅠ?!
We each put some on our plate and tasted it. There were two types of cheese, camembert cheese and mozzarella cheese. It had a unique flavor, like eating Gorgonzola pizza, and the amount of cheese was too much for my taste!

The almond slices were grilled very well, so they had an amazing crunchiness and nutty flavor. There was honey sprinkled underneath the almonds, so I could feel the sweetness!

The toasts were also very big and delicious. The thickness is crazy!

There was wine and maple syrup sprinkled on top of the toast. It looked so moist that I wanted to eat it quickly. There was also a generous amount of semi-dried figs on top!

And there was a lot of whipped cream, which I like~ haha. I tried to lift the toast with a fork to eat it. It was very heavy!

Ha,, the bread part was soft, moist, and melted. Semi-dried figs~ The texture was a bit like dried persimmons, but they were sweet and savory, unique and delicious. I put whipped cream on the toast and added seasonal fruits, and it tasted fresh and sweet. >< Green grapes When I ate it with banana, I could feel the aroma of fresh fruit and it was delicious. The kiwi wasn't just a kiwi, it was a gold kiwi. It was really sweet and delicious!

ㅠㅠ I enjoyed the first round of the Bundang Brunch Cafe, and the taste and atmosphere were so good that I ran for the second round in one sitting!

The cream cheese is also chewy and sweet, so it goes well together and is delicious. The tart part was also crunchy and savory, like a cookie, and was attractive!

Haha Next is the tiramisu cake~ The tiramisu came out beautifully set as well^^ Espresso, mascarpone cheese, cacao, and of course Kraft's Philadelphia cream cheese. They say they made it haha Oh my gosh, when I tried it, it was so soft and sweet. The cake sheet and espresso went together really well!

I felt better after properly recharging my sugar. There was a water purifier near the entrance so I could drink water. I finished it off with a glass of cool water 🙂 It was already night by the time I left (I didn't want to leave because it was cozy.) It was open until 1 am. It is said that many customers visit the wine bar. As evening time approaches, the lighting has changed to dim and the atmosphere has become more atmospheric. I thought it would be a hit to have a glass of wine and a blind date here at night, so I took some pictures. When I visited the Bundang brunch cafe, it exceeded my expectations.
